Bust this one out the next time you're put on salads.
Baby spinach leaves
Flat leaf parsley
Sliced Lebanese cucumber
Sprouted mung bean mix
Snow pea sprouts (tops only)
Thai chilli kimchi (or your preferred flavour)
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Apple cider vinegar
You can build this salad however you would like; we like to...
1. Start with the spinach, avocado & cucumber.
2. Add sprouted mung bean mix, snow peas & orange segments.
3. Sprinkle kimchi, coriander sprigs & flat leaf parsley.
4 Finish with a drizzle of virgin olive oil, a splash of apple cider vinegar and a pinch of sea salt & cracked pepper
