Made the traditional way! This kimchi is packed with flavour. We mix Napa cabbage,  fermented Korean miso, dry red pepper, fresh garlic, ginger, carrots, garlic shoots and sea salt. The end result is a kimchi with fresh crunchy texture which is slightly spicy, has a beautiful full bodied flavour and a mild tang.
