This kimchi is made our way! We mix organic red cabbage, daikon, tamarind, thai chilli, pickled garlic, galangal and sea salt. The end result is a mildly spiced kimchi with a fresh crunchy texture, the tamarind blends nicely with the fiery galangal and salty back notes. This kimchi is very satisfying on the pallet.
BLACK MISO + GARLIC
Another spin on the traditional kimchi, We blend hand cut Chinese cabbage with fine shredded red, lavar seaweed, our own black bean miso, black sesame seeds, Korean chili powder and fresh garlic, this kimchi has a complex but nicely balanced flavour with mild spice and rich aroma.
